Rocsys needed to leave an incumbent agency without owning the code. Cold Banana rebuilt that work and took on the website.

The challenge
Rocsys wanted to move on from their agency, but they did not own the intellectual property behind the website. That left very little room to change supplier before the contract renewed.
Our approach
A six-week plan covered taking the site on and rebuilding the code the business did not own. The new site was delivered in the fifth week, two weeks before the old contract was due to renew.
