A yearbook built to be read, not filed.

Dubai Airports’ annual yearbook, rebuilt on Umbraco as a bilingual digital publication with sharp imagery and animated stories.

The challenge

Dubai Airports wanted the annual yearbook to do more than sit as a document. A year of news, insight and analysis needed to work for an international audience, on a large screen and on a phone.

Our approach

The publication was built on Umbraco in Arabic and English. Photography was prepared for high-resolution screens, and animated infographics carried the stories that a static page would have flattened. The result is a publication people can move through, rather than a file to download.

The outcome

The yearbook became a digital publication with the sharpness and performance the content deserved, in both languages Dubai Airports’ audience uses.

Dubai Airports / THE DIFFERENCE

One year of the airport, told properly in two languages.

More good work.
